We heard from legislators, stakeholders, and members of the Catholic Charities of Philadelphia on the investment this project will have for the future of our region. Officers Hamidu Tunkara, Abdel Kanan, and Brandon Bahadoor exemplify professionalism, courage, and resilience in their service to our community. Officer Hamidu Tunkara has distinguished himself through exemplary public service, problem-solving, and steadfast advocacy for citizens. Officers Abdel Kanan and Brandon Bahadoor displayed great courage while responding to a shooting incident on the highway at 6039 Torresdale Avenue. Their quick action and teamwork – including the use of recovered footage to coordinate efforts for the safe apprehension of the suspect, ensured the critical-condition victim was quickly transported to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital. We commend these officers for their service and sacrifice. Website Survey ResultsHere are the current results of our feedback survey on our site.
